The Portal provides the User the ability to create jobs for any problems or issues that have occurred in or around their Building without needing access to the Ostara application. This includes the ability to create both Reactive and Quote jobs.

The Creation process can either follow a 'tabbed' approach (as per the following examples in the next pages) or a 'single screen' approach - where all items are populated on one page. This is controllable via a Permission against the User's Profile.
