The Portal provides Users with the ability to see what the next Planned work orders are due at their site(s). This is displayed in the Planned Due tile on the dashboard. The work orders displayed here are the Planned work orders whose start dates are within the next 30 days, from today with a maximum of 5 Planned Due shown at any one time in the list, each having a Description, ETA (if one exists), Start Date and End Date.

Clicking a Planned task from the Description column displays the Work Order Detail page for that Planned work order. Here, the User can request ETA updates either by Phone or Email and even add notes to the Work Order if required.
