Welcome to the User Guide for the Ostara Mobile Application. This application allows Users to locate, action and complete their Jobs (Work Orders) easily from their Mobile Device.

The Ostara Mobile Application is compatible with Android, iOS and Windows 8 Mobile and can be downloaded from the relevant App Store for your device.

The minimum requirements to run the Ostara Mobile application:

• iPhone - iOS 9.0
• Android - Version 5.0 (Lollipop)

To access the Mobile App, the User needs to enter an Activation code. The Activation Code can be included in the FAQs displayed on the Portal. To do this, a Code need to be entered in the FAQ.

These are the different Codes that can be used:

• This Month - {MobileActivationCode_ThisMonth}
• Next 30 Days - {MobileActivationCode_Next30Days}
