There may be occasions when the User needs to amend the parts/equipment that has been added against a Work Order. This can be done via the following steps:

  1. Find the Work Order by using the search functions and open it.
  2. Once opened, from the Agent Actions menu, select <Amend Parts/Equipment/Misc> to display the Amend Parts/Equipment/Misc screen
  3. Click <Add> to display a drop containing the following options:
    1. Part(s)
    2. Equipment
    3. Misc
    4. Contract/Inventory Part(s)
  4. When one of these options are chosen, enter a Description, the Quantity and Unit Cost and click <OK> to add
Note: If Contract/Inventory Part(s) was chosen, the Select Part(s) screen will be shown. This screen will only show parts that have been added against the Contract the Work Order is associated to. If there are no parts against the Contract, this screen will be blank

  5. When each of the parts/equipment/misc have been added, click <OK> to add them to the Work Order

Note: If there was more than one attendance on the Work Order, then a list of all attendances will be displayed firstly. All that is required here is for the user to select the desired attendance when an option is chosen
