Table of Contents
The Open Remedial dashboard tile provides a real-time tracking summary of your outstanding corrective actions. It calculates a unified total of active tasks across multiple streams, ensuring visibility into your safety, compliance, and building fabric obligations.
Default View & Functionality
The tile functions as a dynamic Count tracking element:
The Displayed Metric: Shows the total number of open Reactive and Quote Work Orders that match your current profile's building assignments and work types.
Filter Criteria: The underlying system query evaluates records categorised as "Critical and Non-Critical" under the Remedial structural field, combined with an active stage entry of "Incomplete Reactive, Quote and PPM" under the Status Groups rule definition.
Navigation Action: Click the <Open Remedial> tile to navigate directly to the detailed Outstanding Remedial system list layout. Here, you can review, filter, and drill into specific job details.
Note on Zero Incomplete Tasks: If your location currently has zero outstanding remedial actions, the tile will still display a count of
0. In this state, the tile becomes unclickable to prevent unnecessary list loading.
Access Restrictions & Alternative View State
If your system profile lacks authorisation or hasn't been completely provisioned for this view, the tile automatically switches to an Information placeholder card. This security safeguard prevents unauthorised data evaluation across individual contractor or client boundaries.
Pre-requisites & Security Mapping
To see this tile active on your workspace dashboard layout, your system architecture profile must meet the following rule validations:
System Configuration: Your active profile record must be mapped to the standard "Outstanding Remedial" search query definition framework (which specifically includes both Reactive and Quote work parameters along with explicit Remedial categorisation rules).
Required Security Permissions: You must possess at least one of the following permissions defined in your system access group structure:
Can View Public Work Order Lists OR Can View Portal Work Order Selection List
