What is required to create Cross Client Users

For some users, they will have users across multiple instances of Ostara Systems. These users can be linked to create a Cross Client User. If you require a Cross Client User to be setup or managed, please contact your Support/Helpdesk and provide them with the required usernames so they can configure this for you.

Once these are configured, the Change Client function will appear, allowing you to switch between these users.
