The ‘Open Reactive’ tile will show you how outstanding reactive work orders you have based on your access

Selecting this will take you to the Jobs (Outstanding Reactive) list where you will see reactive work orders that you can click on for a more detailed breakdown.

Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon in the top right hand corner of the tile, will reload the data within the tile.
