If you have forgotten your Username, simply select the “Forgot Username” function on the Sign In page. Upon doing this, enter the email address associated to your user and select “Submit”.

This will then send out an email to the entered address containing the Username, along with a notification specifying this. If the entered email address is not recognised within the system, the email received will state that no user is associated to the entered email address.
